I've been a lifelong renter and have leased various properties from Sutton for almost 20 years. Hands down, he is the most responsive, reasonable, and accommodating landlord I’ve ever had. I hope he never stops renting!

Been renting from Sutton for 3 years. Highly responsive to maintenance requests. Quality home and well designed throughout the house. Very friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend renting from Sutton builders.

I was the co-lessee (with my college student son) on an apartment in Tremont rented through Sutton Builders. When I first saw the apartment for rent, I called and they answered right away. From the first interaction to the last (when my son moved back home!), Dave and Keith were both so helpful, kind and professional. Rented with them for a little over a year. The experience was rough. They worked on the roof for at least four months and left a ladder right in front of our door the entire time. It was a daily inconvenience and a safety issue. At the end of the construction, debris actually fell into our apartment. They said they’d make it right with a full professional cleaning, but instead just sent the maintenance guy, who ended up putting dirty items from the closet onto our dining table.
