Rented with them for a little over a year. The experience was rough. They worked on the roof for at least four months and left a ladder right in front of our door the entire time. It was a daily inconvenience and a safety issue. At the end of the construction, debris actually fell into our apartment. Rock solid landlord. Their operations run smoothly and communication lines are easily accessible, which makes life easier for a renter. In my five years renting, Sutton office is always communicative about updates and check-ins, and the maintenance staff is friendly and flexible. They stay out of your hair, but are quick to respond when you need something, all of which I'm very appreciative.

Sutton builders were fabulous to rent from! Super reasonable prices, felt like we were living in a real home (full basement, garage, fenced in backyard) but at apartment rental prices. Keith was especially kind to work with and even went as far as to give advice and reccs on our new house! They were always fast to help with repairs and their online system was easy to navigate! Would recommend!!
