I am a single woman on social security. I took my 09 Beetle to this garage because my low beam bulb was blown.Needless to say l left there in total shock when I was told it would be at least $200 to change the bulb due to the "complicated process" to change it. I was told that the air flow handler would have to be removed, the battery taken out and the bumper taken off the car.
