I recently had an extremely unsatisfactory experience at this hospital. My appointment was scheduled for 10 am, but unfortunately, due to a mistake on my part, I arrived at the wrong location and subsequently was late. Upon arriving, the front desk staff informed me that it was not possible to be seen by a doctor due to my tardiness.
