I scheduled an appointment online and arrived at the location on time and was promptly seen. Location is very clean and everyone was very professional. I really like this walk in clinic and would love to see more around Sacramento.
The gals at the front desk and MAs were very friendly. When I was seen by the NP here, I felt incredibly dismissed. After describing my symptoms that I'd had for 3 weeks, all the meds I'd been on that did not help, and and requesting something stronger/better to help with a persistent cough that was causing an immense amount of pain, I left the clinic at the exact same spot I was before I came in.
