I went to Sutter Walk In West Sacramento Town Center Plaza, showed up 50 minutes before they closed. There were 0 patients in waiting and rooms were empty so you could see and hear them cleaning up the rooms for the day. This was a return visit and I just needed a refill for a skin condition. They told me they were ‘booked up’ for the day and refused to see me even with no patients in office. It was obvious they were trying to leave early. Our experience was very good!
I was desperate to be seen on Saturday with my barky cough and chest filling up with gunk! WS Urgent Care had closed, and I wasn't clear on parameters of Walk in Care. Couldn't get an answer by phone, so I walked in first. Clinician agreed to see me, and there was room and time for me. I am so grateful to get care before my Primary MD was back at work. Professional, all clean, all my computer history in place! I had to go elsewhere for a chest xray, but I am so grateful for this service vs ER.
