It was the first time I have used an outside medical clinic other than my usual physician. My medicare plan allows me to see most doctors anywhere. I was pretty sick with what I now know was bronchitis, and a sinus infection. I was able to make an appt with the Sutter Walk-in Care. They called me ahead of time with professional courtesy, and got me in an hour earlier. The Clinic was well-run, quiet, with inviting decor, and cleanliness. The title "walk in care" is tricky and subjective because I was only offered a video visit. I was however, very pleased with the efficiency, punctuality and simple navigating through the online experience. I am not tech-ie and did just fine. My daughter needed to be seen and it was all accomplished through my cellphone and on our bed. That was different but efficient. Dr was wonderful. Thanks PAMF!
