The Walk-In Care facility in Vacaville is conveniently located in the row of shops midway between Big5 and Safeway off of Harbison. I used MyHealth to make the appointment for my Covid Booster Shot. When I arrived, they gave me a clipboard with a questionnaire to complete, took my Id and Covid card and I was ushered in to a well set up patient room within 10 minutes. The staff was friendly, efficient and professional. The shot was painless. Good to know that a Sutter Health Walk-In facility exists in Vacaville.
I had an allergic reaction to a pneumonia vaccine. I went to Sutter Walk In Clinic to rule out cellulitis. We were in and out quickly. The nurse and Nurse Practitioner (NP) were wonderful. The NP examined me and took her time to explain to me what was going on and what to look for in any changes.
The staff was friendly and thoughtful
