I am disgusted. The place is called "walk-in care" but when we walked in as soon as it opened at 11am and they told us " We don't take walk in's". There were no other patient's there only myself and my daughter and another lady and her son. I asked them since there is no-one else here can these kids get seen? Andrea and the other front office worker were incredibly rude and extremely unhelpful. This place is a disgrace and this place is such a bad representation of Sutter health. The receptionist was very hospitable as I was a bit late. I got seen pretty quickly to get my vitals as well as seeing the nurse practitioner. The nurse practitioner seem to be a little curt with me and felt a little intimidated. I hope to have a different experience next time, As I love this ability to have a quick walk-in appointment.
Excellent and efficient care. I will go here when a need arises again.
I am very grateful for the the Sutter walk-in care located in San Bruno off of Cherry Avenue! I am grateful because it has become increasingly difficult to get appointments with our doctors in general. Thankfully, they are here to assist on a daily basis, whereas having to wait for an appointment 2 to 3 weeks has become the new norm. A big thank you to the team of nurses, doctors and receptionist who are on this team at this location!
