The front desk person figured out a complicated insurance issue and the person who did the procedure was efficient and professional.
Location and flexible schedule make it convenient for busy people to get the required vaccination.
Apparently this isn't a urgent care or even a doctor's office because I spent $35 in a copay for them to tell me I should go to an urgent care and not give me a refund and had me wait 2 hours after I already worked a 10-hour shift. She wasn't even a doctor or a PA! All they have is nurses who are obviously on something literally the nurses eyes were as red as a tomato and as dazed as Jimi Hendrix. Dude I just wanted my ear looked at and maybe some drops. If I wanted to see people like them I'd go to a grateful Dead concert.
