The filing department has been extremely difficult to reach regarding copies of my radiograms. Over the past two weeks, I’ve made several calls and left multiple messages, yet I have not received a single callback — not even to acknowledge receipt of the request or provide guidance on when the records will be available for pickup. At minimum, you should expect a confirmation that the request was received and a realistic timeline for obtaining the records. Please advise on the status and when I can retrieve the documents.
Schedule an appointment 2 weeks ago, verbally confirmed on the phone it was for this Friday the 18th. Today their billing department called asking for insurance info in advance, and before providing it told me the date was actually the 21st on their end. Call the radiology department and was told that it was initially scheduled for the 21st and they're not sure why the scheduling person told me I was coming on the 18th. The receptionist is unfriendly and unwelcoming. The mammogram tech more than makes up for that by being warm , patient, and friendly. The facilities aren’t fancy like some women’s centers I’ve used in the past but the tech was supportive and educated. That’s the important issue.
