Schedule an appointment 2 weeks ago, verbally confirmed on the phone it was for this Friday the 18th. Today their billing department called asking for insurance info in advance, and before providing it told me the date was actually the 21st on their end. Call the radiology department and was told that it was initially scheduled for the 21st and they're not sure why the scheduling person told me I was coming on the 18th. The receptionist is unfriendly and unwelcoming. The mammogram tech more than makes up for that by being warm , patient, and friendly. The facilities aren’t fancy like some women’s centers I’ve used in the past but the tech was supportive and educated. That’s the important issue.
