The hospital was ok but the ER let my husband suffer for hours trying to breath from problems with the flu and let him suffer for 7 to 8 hours before giving a cpap to help him breath, which also caused him to have a heart attack. Worst ER I have ever experienced, I will never go there again. Hate it! We were even sent by our DR to Sutter!
We have had an amazingly good visit. The doctors working as such a TEAM to get my son back on his feet. My son has been here for five days now and not sure how much longer however he is getting better. We thank everyone that has taken such great care of him. Crystal, one of his CNAs, has not only been positive, bright, helpful and attentive to Kole Hammack but has been awesome to us as his scared and concerned parents. Emergency room services left much to be desired however after being admitted my nursing care & doctors & surgical services were top notch I'm getting excellent care with kind knowledgable & compassionate medical & ancillary professionals

My surgery experience was excellent. Everyone was extremely kind. RNs all knew exactly what they were doing kept me very comfortable and answered all my questions. The doctors were great and had great bedside manner helped me feel at ease. Facility was very comfortable and easy to navigate. Everything was on time. They didn't rush to leave me once I was recovering even though I took a lot longer then expected.
I have had some of the best experiences here. I went to the ER with smoke inhalation from a campfire when I was pregnant and no wait at all, I went into labor at 29 weeks and they did everything to make me comfortable as well as being able to stop the contractions, went in at 39 weeks to have my baby, after 21.5 hours of back labor, 3.5 hours of pushing, they gave me an option to keep pushing or c-section, didn't force any options on me. Worst ever wait in ER. My husband was vomiting in the waiting room and had to wait 3 hrs to be seen. The man was dehydrated!
I was treated like a king, everyone was very professional, kind the food was amazing 7am to 730pm endless. The doctors worked endlessly to make sure I was taken care of and still are with home care. Thank you Sutter Health Santa Rosa
