If I could give 0 stars I would. I scheduled an annual physical with my regular doctor which is supposed to be no charge under my healthcare plan. At the end of my visit, the doctor decided to review my current medications and then suggested I try Aleve I stead of regular Motrin. I agreed and he sent in a perscription. I later relieved a bill for over $200. The reason given was...I discussed items unrelated to my general physical!!! Are you kidding me?!? I didn't even bring it up, my doctor did! Started with 2 back to back appointments for my kids for Dr Randall this afternoon, someone called about 3 hours before and said the first appointment was somehow now with a different Dr and at the same time as the other appointment. This meant I needed to have a secone adult to bring in both kids or reschedule one for tomorrow... Great job office people... you had one job!
