due to the family vehicle having an issue I had to cancel 3 appointments that were all in the same week, and because of this I can no longer be seen at this facility. when I called and asked for an explanation as to why I was told I missed 3 appointments.... and when I printed out the email through the sutter website showing that I cancelled 5 days before the first appointment, I was informed that that is the same as missing.
I was an extremely nervous patient enroute to and upon my arrival at the Fort Sutter Surgery Center. Dr Tagore, nurse Divina, and the rest of Dr Tagore's team, were extraordinary. Dr Tagore and nurse Divina took the time explaining the entire procedure and answering every question. Dr Tagore and nurse Divina were calming, caring, and exceptional medical personnel. I highly recommend Dr. Xu to everyone for her being so meticulous in any aspect and open to question and answer it. I am well taking cared of on my first appointment. Kudos not only to Dr. Xu but to her assistant too
Dr. Reier is a wonderful oncologist. In her work with cancer patients, she is compassionate, capable and gentle she cares about conducting the most effective cancer treatment possible. She is generous with her time and considerate of patients' individual needs. Dr. Reier also attends annual Medical Conferences, to keep up with the latest knowledge of her practice of Medical Oncology. Last year, she was even listed in the '100 Best Doctors.' She's a genuinely warm-hearted human being, and I feel fortunate to be in her care.

I think he is a good doctor. I would agree that he is old school. But, he is thorough and he's not afraid to refer you to a specialist when needed. He is proactive about your health in that he will send you for testing (i.e. bloodwork) even if your not having problems. So he makes sure there isn't anything wrong BEFORE something actually is wrong. He is very honest and frank and will tell you like it is. Some people don't like this style, I do. I like that he will put in on the table and tell me exactly what's wrong instead ... read more
