Have had sutter health as my provider for years and they are such a headache. Act like they don't remember my insurance or "can't find it". They send me bills and then when I call to figure out why my insurance wasn't billed it's always some story about how they bill the patient before they bill the insurance. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! Worse place ever do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Doctors don’t care about you or what you are going through. They offer NO assistance NO recommendations and force you to stay with doctors who make you uncomfortable and or have not assisted you. I have reached out to my doctor multiple times during pregnancy then after both miscarriages I was the one having to call in and ask for blood works or test or for assistance. Doctors are cold when you go into your appointment, very short with you just to get you out
