Short wait.
My physician had ordered a finger prick cholesterol test. I had called the Surtter lab in Lincoln a couple of months ago and they confirmed that they could do a finger prick and to drink a bunch of water before arriving. I fasted, changed my schedule and went to the lab to be told that they could not accommodate me. I knew they were lying because I had had finger prick’s cholesterol test done there in the past. I am so done with this lab

This Review Is In Regards To The Lab On Twelve Bridges. I Have Been To This Location Many Times For Lab Work And Have Never Had An Issue Until Today!! The Lady At The Desk Was EXTREAMLY RUDE To Everyone Who Came And Checked In. Was Treated Like A 5 Year Old Child And Told To Go Sit Down And Fill Out Your Paper, Bring It Back When Your Done!!
