my mom has chronic pain. she’s had this for as long as i can remember and has always needed pain meds to go about life in any normal sort of way. our clinic refuses to refill her prescription and she’s in serve pain to the point she can barely walk even with my help. now they’re refusing to give her any pain killers despite her sobbing her eyes out in pain in the waiting room. her blood pressure has skyrocketed since this. this beyond unprofessional and just straight up malpractice.

My daughter was here on sunday , they did not do any x ray or mri or anything to find out what was wrong , didnt even give my daughter anything for pain, now friday I took my daughter to the catholic hospital in petaluma and turns out my daughter has kidney stones that are obstructing and she needs surgery. Thank god they give her pain meds. and she is finally able to rest after almost 3 weeks of pain.
Great emergency room. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, the facilities were comfortable and well equipped. They took my questions and concerns seriously while maintaining a strong point of view. Easy intake and discharge, they were able to push and pull data from my primary care even. It’s never fun to land in the ER but once I needed to go I’m glad I came here. Thanks for taking care of me!
The staff was really nice! I've had some pretty bad experiences at emergency rooms and other hospitals and I kept putting off my care because of this and decide to go to towns over to Sutter and everyone was really nice. While the wait time was really long I completely understand they were packed. The nurses and Dr. Adam are incredibly kind thank you for your care
