I have been here 5 times and I have nothing but positive things to say about friendliness, professionalism, quality of care, timeliness of being triage and treated, and I am happy we have this facility in Lake County
Due to a lack of primary care doctors this emergency room suffers. There is no empathy here. Sutter is strictly a business.
They obviously don't plan for Friday evening increased demand. I sat 2 hours in pain in uncomfortable waiting area, then left because I couldn't tolerate the chair. Great suffering all weekend waiting to see GP on Monday.
Usually I've experienced the ER to be really quick and painless basically in and out... So it really upsets me to know that my sister is there with her two year old who has some pretty serious burns on her feet and have been waiting on the doctor for over 4 hrs her babies been screaming and crying in pain and when she asked for an eta was told that the Dr was coming to her but instead got pulled somewhere else... I think children especially young children should be at least put on some type of top priority I understand that ... read more
