Even though booking.com screwed us this place and the office gal Simar was extreamly nice and tryed to work with that booking app deal she is amazing and she gave us a great room 10 stars thank you,
The hotel was very clean and quiet.The front desk , Ivy was exceptional in service.She did an excellent job of making sure we were comfortable.Will surely return back.My go to place in Yuba city .
I enjoyed my stay here, the staff is friendly, warm, nice, and easy to talk with. The place was clean, even with children swimming, playing, . I felt Welcomed, The price was good, and breakfast always looked nicely laid out, and a verity of items. I enjoyed my stay and will recommend to everyone .
I want to say a HUGE thank you to Miss Ivy and Miss Simar from the Sutter Inn!!! They have been the most kind and generous working women and honestly deserve a raise!! Very attentive to the needs of all the guests and deeply care about their clients!! I will definitely be staying again! I've currently been here for 2 weeks and it's been the most relaxing stay!
