Dirty hotel.. decent staff
Ac didnt work for 2 days vent in bathroom didnt work for 3 days beds were very uncomfortable we stayed for 5 days and housekeeping never came by at all I had to mop and clean out room also wash the hotel sheets and towels. Nothing was really ever put out for Breakfast. Only positive outcome was 1 staff member and that was Jason very nice and respectful.
My friend and I had some issues here and we ended up going to a different hotel after the first night of our 2-night booking, but the front desk was absolutely amazing. They told me to come back in the morning and talk to management. I did that and they took care of me so well and was so sweet and apologetic, and explained why we were having some of the issues, it was a staffing issue.
