The Owners, an LLC, are defacto slumlords and do not maintain the property. Example, the carpeting in the hallways are over 35 years old, are filthy and need replacing, or at least steam cleaned. The building is rampant with bed bugs, The tenants clean the doors etc. Buckingham Property management can't keep live in managers. we are without a manager more than half the time over 6 years. If your in a wheelchair or have mobility struggles, no automatic door. Building is falling apart and nobody in management cares. Your just a number there. Injuries happen with walkers in the crumbling parking lot. The building and property is not maintained. We are just a number. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
