I had a procedure recently with Dr Jerry Lai. I had an excellent experience. For one of my 4 appointments he did run behind, but that was communicated to me in advance. When I called with questions, the staff got back to me pretty quickly. The surgery was at another site, but I am very happy with the results. I’ve already recommended him to a friend.
Visited ophthalmologist. Doctor was delayed by almost an hour, and they didn't provide any communication

Parking is limited
Today I arrived at the radiology department of Sutter Health in Sunnyvale for an MRI. I arranged through my GP, then spoke to the booking office for radiology. No one, at any time, mentioned that the MRI machine had been moved to a stand alone trailer in the parking lot. So I arrived surprised to see a sign directing me to a trailer.
