Today I arrived at the radiology department of Sutter Health in Sunnyvale for an MRI. I arranged through my GP, then spoke to the booking office for radiology. No one, at any time, mentioned that the MRI machine had been moved to a stand alone trailer in the parking lot. So I arrived surprised to see a sign directing me to a trailer. terrible service and rude owner
My husband had an eye exam With Dr Lee. At the end of his exam . He needed a referral for Cataract surgery. She told him to look on their website and pick a surgeon, she would not give him a referral until he send her the name from the website. At this point we are not going back . We will go outside to another surgeon.
This is for the ophthalmology department. The doctors and NPs are great. Dealing with the front desk is a nightmare.
