Swollen neck pain under rib cage waited 7 hours for doctor to request X-ray waited for a hour and left wait time was ridiculous doctor didn’t seem sure about nothing moved to the back to a room with another chair in it
Even though I've moved from Castro Valley, I still come to this ER if I have to go. I cannot sing high enough praise for the staff. From start to finish, they are kind, friendly, personable, and diligent. They really care, no matter how busy they are. Give everyone a raise - they deserve it. I arrived in the ER about 0930 am Saturday morning. Shortness of breath, beThe triage went well, blood work done. and I was taken to a holding room i then got a chest xray. I had undressed and put on a hospital gown and booties. Then I was advised that I was going back to the ER waiting room, due to construction . I sat there for another couple of hours.
