My Dr sent a referral for me to go here, and someone called me in the middle of my workday, when I was unable to speak freely (I answered the call since I was waiting on a follow up for test results). The caller was abrupt, asked if I had their contact info if I wanted to schedule later, I said I didn't. Her response was, 'OK then!' And she hung up.
