I trusted this imaging center to complete my abdominal US . Dr Yoo described my gallbladder in great detail . I don't have a gallbladder . No apology . I reached out to Kathy , radiology manager who never returned my call . I call her 4 times . I have asked to speak to her director to clear up this horrific experience of the mix up of images and .customer service contacted me today, and they can't help . I am so grateful to have Sutter Health's diagnostic radiology so close to home and have had such compassionate care every time, no matter the issue. Overtime, I have also become admiringly aware of the impressive skill it takes to read X-rays and scans as machines are not the fine tuned sensitive readers as I thought. My trust in Sutter Radiology is high.

I don’t recommend having mri done here. The level of detail in the report was disappointing. Afterward, I had CT scan at Marin General which was far more revealing and the report was incredibly detailed. Then I had nerve testing which provided further confirmation of symptoms. Though these are each different modalities with their own strengths and weaknesses, there were findings on Sutter MRI the radiologist didn’t report AND it was, by far, the least detailed report I’ve ever seen.

Horrible! Twenty minutes on hold on the phone to make an appointment. Told they didn’t have doctors order yet and therefore could not make appointment. Told to call back in a half hour. Did so and had another 20 minute wait until someone answered the phone. Problem is one person makes appointment for all departments at the hospital. Next time we will go to a stand alone imaging center.
