Im so disappointed 😞. Between getting my referral done or getting my prescription its taken them over a month too just take a look at my chart. They still have haven't sent out anything to anyone. Update: 10/20/25 I called too make sure they send the correct prescription to my pharmacy. I was harassed and made feel guilty that Im lying about the dosage that I'm taking. I have all my previous dosage medication. Im not lying or faking anything. Im in pain and I'm being bullied into not getting the help I need.
This Sutter Gould location never have lines and they believe in air conditioning.
I've been seeing Dr.Hilburn for years, he is great! He is always there when I need him. Follow's up on all tests, xrays and blood work. Keeps me up to date on all vaccines. Couldn't ask for a better Doctor.
