I rarely write reviews.. Maybe only 3 or 4 times ever in my life have I written one, but I need to make this known. Sutter Gould Tracy (maybe Sutter in general) is Quite possibly the worst medical facility I've ever had the displeasure of being associated with. If I could rate this facility -5 stars, I would. Every singly time they simply take your money and solve nothing. Wait times for basic check ups are atrocious. I had to tell a nurse how to take my blood pressure. They deserve 0 stars. I have been trying to help my Mom resolve an issue for 2 months. No one calls back. No one to even file a grievance with. No one seems to know what happened with the Proxy form my Mom filled out in Dr Dhami's office. The switch board operators are nice but I don't think anyone else really works there. I am trying to file a complaint with Dept of Public Health. I am a heath care professional working in a very busy clinic and this boils down to negligence and non compliance on many levels. Great doctors, awesome Facility, great care from Sutter Gould.
Very poor and pathetic consultation by Dr. Rahman. I tried scheduling appointment with her as she is my PCP and got an appointment after 1.5 month for just for ordering annual preventive care. Then appointment got converted to video visit in the last minute. It looks like preventive care cannot ordered via video visit and now I have wait for 1-2 months.. My sincere request is to AVOID DR RAHMAN AT ALL MEANS.
