Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Was this rehabilitation specialist friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this rehabilitation specialist's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Is this rehabilitation specialist easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did you feel safe in this rehabilitation specialist's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Was this rehabilitation specialist's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!
