We experienced a string of administrative errors that seriously affected our care. Lab samples were lost, my wife’s weight was entered incorrectly, which incorrectly classified her as high-risk, and scheduling was mishandled. We had requested an earlier follow-up due to an out-of-town family event, but instead, our appointment was cancelled and rescheduled to an even later date when we would be away.
