This was by far the worst experience I've had. The receptionist/referral processer has saw dust for brains and in stead of double checking a order that took 5 weeks to get approved and schedualled. She allowed a huge mistake costing me several weeks! I was getting a Ct scan to check if a mass is cancerous. Which I now have to wai for the proper scan because of someone's negligence.

Took the X-ray of my right hand which showed a broken bone, which should always be reported immediately. Did not send out the report to the doctor until I called and requested it the next day. When the orthopedic doctor needed to see the images, they said I had to drive all the way back to the facility, sign a medical release and they would then mail them out.
