Truly impressed with this office! I was hesitant to see a new dermatologist but I needed one in network. Dr.Mary (Mimi) Smith is incredible. She reminds me so much of my other Dermatologist (out of network). I felt like I was talking 100 miles per hour but she followed. She listened to my current treatment plan & was supportive. It takes a lot for me post anything with a hint of negativity online, but this was a terrible experience. If I could give it a -1, I would. We called prior to the appointment and the female receptionist answered. My husband began to ask a second question, and was hung up on. Listening to the female receptionist judge and condemn Robin Williams and Anthony Bourdain for dying from suicide, I’d had enough! Is your phone system ever going to work. For months, this number always tells me you are having issues with your phone systems and I can't find any other way to contact you.
I am so surprised by the other reviews of this practice. I am consistently impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of this dermatology practice. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Alikhan’s for over two years, and he is meticulous, friendly, and thorough. It’s clear to me that they have cultivated a culture of customer service and everyone just generally seems happy to be working here.
