This used to be an amazing hospital but it is now an accident waiting to happen. They do not clean and sanitize their triage rooms. They do not take accurate blood pressure. They do not palpate or do any investigation whatsoever for their charting. The worst hospital I have been too ever! When I was checked in by the registration employee she told me I needed to have my insurance card and I told her she is the first person to ever ask that. Background. I usually don't write reviews. The last review I wrote was for FreeWheeler giving them a 5 star review because they were very helpful, answered questions, and was relatively quick. Guards by metal detector were nice and neutral. The lady at the front desk seemed annoyed that I interrupted a gossip session. Talking very quietly so I couldn't hear. Honestly I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews. I was seen almost most immediately as I came inside the office. For having an asthma attack and my eczema breaking out... this is the best ran hospital I've seen and it's clean. All the staff were extremely professional and helpful not to mention confident in their jobs and very charismatic.
Unfortunate by all accounts. I went in at approximately 5:30 am because I had one ear rupture and bleed and I felt the other was just about to do the same it was an intense pain. I had a $500.00 copay. Crazy but okay, that was the insurance. I was there for 4 hours and was seen for a total of about 20 minutes. They gave me a tylenol, an inhaler, and doxycycline at about 9:30 am which I ended up getting nauseous and vomiting out at around 10:30 am (I later read you shouldn't take doxy on an empty stomach). From the moment I walked in until I was discharged, I experienced exceptional service, efficiency, and kindness.
