Honestly I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews. I was seen almost most immediately as I came inside the office. For having an asthma attack and my eczema breaking out... this is the best ran hospital I've seen and it's clean. All the staff were extremely professional and helpful not to mention confident in their jobs and very charismatic.
Unfortunate by all accounts. I went in at approximately 5:30 am because I had one ear rupture and bleed and I felt the other was just about to do the same it was an intense pain. I had a $500.00 copay. Crazy but okay, that was the insurance. I was there for 4 hours and was seen for a total of about 20 minutes. They gave me a tylenol, an inhaler, and doxycycline at about 9:30 am which I ended up getting nauseous and vomiting out at around 10:30 am (I later read you shouldn't take doxy on an empty stomach). From the moment I walked in until I was discharged, I experienced exceptional service, efficiency, and kindness. Very low quality emergency,
staff were negative and it felt like an interrogation. I understand burnout but that’s to be expected, what did you expect when you signed up for the job. You could at least try to be more human. Kindness goes a long way even if you have to fake it.
