Doctor Ngo did an awesome job on my surgery. The pain in my abdominal area, is almost gone after my accident. The swelling went down right away. Awesome job from my entire surgical team! Thank you so much!
Drove here from Galt for a 9am appt. Coming here since I have to transfer care and didn’t have time between shots with a new baby. Showed up before 9, on my one day I had off in the past 2 months. No one came until after 930, when I needed to leave for another appt. Where was everyone? Well the MAs decided to go get breakfast at 9. So I ha stop cancel to drive to my next appt which should have had more than ample amount of time if I was actually seen. But never way.
I've had four babies here and have nothing but good things to say about the staff. The hospital is clean and well appointed with private rooms for families with their new babies.
The entire team of midwives, doctors, and nurses are incredible and went above and beyond to care for myself and my son during my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period. Thank you so much, Sutter Davis!
I waited 2 months for my appointment and they canceled it the day before my appointment. They said the doctor has covid but yet they left me a message asking if i could come in the day before because the doctor will be out that day. Liars ! Did the doctor predict that he will have covid the next day ??? Horrible customer service. Thanks. Now I’m in a lot of pain and will be going to the urgent care. No more Sutter Heath, will be switching over to something else. Always a horrible experience. Don’t waste your time switch over... read more
