Told me it would take two days and now after three days it is 10 business days to get my results. I have been a patient there for getting close to 20 years. This has never been the case. Sutter has gone downhill so much. I am looking for a new medical group.
As a pregnant women who has established care here to get my ultrasounds and referred by healthcare provider. Sutter front desk has been by far the worst customer experience/ service. Very rude. I do not recommend nor doubt you will get any help from the front desk. They need to be trained on customer service and being helpful with info instead of turning patients away. Other than that the nurses there are great and ultrasound techs they show professionalism and kindness.
The newer 3d mammography machines are so much more comfortable compared to the older machines! And the mammogram staff here is fast, friendly and professional!
I have been very impressed with Sutter Imaging in Davis. They have been coordinating my care between Davis and my doctor in Santa Barbara. Marina in particular has been an awesome helper with an awesome attitude. The news I got was not good, and she understood that and went above and beyond.
Speaking to the supervisor in radiology was very rude and hounding the patient about policies. Speaking to her about having someone in the visit with me while getting a ultrasound she was very direct with a attitude. After speaking to other sutters they are aloud one person in there. I think she needs to recheck her policy and her patience with patients. She needs to have patient satisfaction and care. I was not happy with her in being this way. Very unprofessional and not good with caring for patients.
