My mother is elderly and medical appointments can sometimes feel overwhelming or stressful, but Kamryn consistently treats her with such kindness, patience, dignity, and respect. It sounds as though some have had a bad experience at the Ultrasound desk, but yesterday I had a quasi great experience. I actually showed up on the wrong day! I felt stupid and exasperated. However, the receptionist was so sweet and understanding that it changed my whole outlook for the rest of the day. I just wish I knew her name to recognize her here.
Told me it would take two days and now after three days it is 10 business days to get my results. I have been a patient there for getting close to 20 years. This has never been the case. Sutter has gone downhill so much. I am looking for a new medical group.
As a pregnant women who has established care here to get my ultrasounds and referred by healthcare provider. Sutter front desk has been by far the worst customer experience/ service. Very rude. I do not recommend nor doubt you will get any help from the front desk. They need to be trained on customer service and being helpful with info instead of turning patients away. Other than that the nurses there are great and ultrasound techs they show professionalism and kindness.
