I was subjected to professional misconduct, and patient abandonment in the ER on 11/11/25 between 7:30 PM and 9:30 PM. After a six-hour wait, the nurse assigned to my IV (a taller white female with short brown/red hair and a 'Veteran' badge) ignored my documented severe IV trauma, refused to properly use numbing cream, snapped at me when I panicked, and then threw her hands up and walked away, abandoning me while I was passing out in the hallway. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! The physicians here do not care about their patients!!! I Came into the ER last night mind you I’m 13 weeks pregnant I had trouble breathing, chest pain, chest tightness. All they did was triage me and give me a flu/covid test. I waited over an hour in the waiting room for “Dr. Songey”to tell me I had covid. I had to go to the ER recently and wow. Everyone was top notch when it comes to mediocrity. Registration girl was rude and acted as though I was inconveniencing her AT WORK. She was unprofessional and lacked basic skill needed for interaction. Doctor was inept and rushed through the appointment…after stating my pain was an 8/10 he ignored me and never asked about medication or returning to work. This used to be an amazing hospital but it is now an accident waiting to happen. They do not clean and sanitize their triage rooms. They do not take accurate blood pressure. They do not palpate or do any investigation whatsoever for their charting. The worst hospital I have been too ever! When I was checked in by the registration employee she told me I needed to have my insurance card and I told her she is the first person to ever ask that.
