Doctor Foott was acting strange. Accused me of recording him (I wasn't), and handled my injured hands roughly. Seemed annoyed I was even there. I was concerned and went back for a second check on my wounds, and the other professionals were equally dismissive.
We were cycling through and I had a very bad case of poison oak. Tina at registration was very efficient. The doctor saw me quickly and I was out in about 45 minutes with oral steroids and a prescription for meds. ERs are unpredictable and can take hours.So glad this did not.
I would like to send a shout out to Wendy in the ER at the front desk. She was wonderful. My grandmother was just released and I wasnt prepared at all. Didn't know what and how to get her home as it is hard in my trucks. I don't know many people in this area and what programs there is arounf here. She knew just how to keep me calm and get me as much info she could. I just wanted to say i appreated all you dod for me . Thank you
