I cannot express my gratitude enough to the ER staff. Everyone from the registration desk, to my nurses, Emily and Kassie, to Dr Footte, were all very kind and truly cared about my pain. We are 3000 miles from home and were hiking in Redwood when I fell. Luckily this hospital was 15 minutes away. I was in so much pain, the ladies at the front desk gave me 2 ice packs and a sling. Worst hospital, most doctors and staff are rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. They will be little you and make you feel stupid. The care that is provided is mediocre, and they have no heart or care for how the patient is feeling and will violate your human rights. I have lost multiple friends and family at this hospital due to poor care and hygienics . I recommend going somewhere else!!!!

Went in for symptoms of a nasty uti, the nurse and doctor were friendly however..after 7 days of an antibiotic that's not completely working, they refuse to give me my urine results or even discuss them with me. They want me to come back in so they can bill my insurance again just to give me the results of my cultures instead of giving them to me as every hospital in the country does. Insane!! Do not leave this hospital without your results..you will not get them unless you let them bill ypu again. Shameful!

Most of the staff was amazing. My boyfriend was in extreme pain and had to get surgery for a gastric peptic ulcer. We showed up in the middle of the night because of his pain, and I was with him in the room when at 5:30 in the morning the nurse with bright yellow pants, and ugly Lisa Frank style shoes told me I had to leave and go sleep in the car as I had no where else to go until "visitors hours".
