Zero bedside manner. Rude.
ABSOLUTE AWFUL! I wouldn’t take my cat to see this man, I won’t even give him the benefit of calling him a doctor. Doctors actually care. This guy didn’t even take the time to listen properly, let alone give me a thorough exam to get to the actual problem! 0/10 would NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!
Amazing how fast I was in and out at Newark Urgent Care. Everyone from the receptionist to aides, nurses, X-ray tech. were great. It was 5:00 in the evening but everyone acted like I was their only patient. Dr. Sutfiff was such a great surprise. He made me feel comfortable the minute he entered the room. He did not waste time in diagnosing my problem but did it in a professional manner. So happy we have such a great UC!
