Everytime I call the person who helps me, james, is the best! He has gone above an beyond to help me! I cannot speak highly enough about this employee. I am thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and kindness and just willingness to help me through anything I have questions about kudos to him! Upper management needs to give this man recognition or a raise!

Had to call for multiple days for them to put a priority note on my account. Absolutely ridiculous and such poor service. Don’t use them if you don’t have too.

I’ve been waiting on a trash can for almost a month. Called to cancel service and asked for a refund and they said “we’ll send a check”.

I have my account set up on auto pay so my payment is made on time every month however they skipped picking up 3 weeks in a row. First time I called they said there are 5 weeks in a month and if they miss a week I only pay for 4 weeks so they would not adkjust my bill. Happened 2 more times they finally agreed to make an adjustment. They picked up 3 weeks and now they missed pick up again this week. I am done, cancelling my service I will go to the dump if I can't count on them.
