Drivers and management do not care or worry about posted speed limits. The manager Grant is rude and condescending when emailed. Apparently they do not care about destroying private gravel roads. Customer service is non-existent. Despite video evidence that shows their driver obviously going well over 10mph they refuse to acknowledge it by sending screenshots of a completely different road that is two lanes and paved.
We had our can out the night before our pick up day and they didn't pick it up. We get it out before they come in the morning, they don't pick it up. Lets see what excuses we get this time
