I have my account set up on auto pay so my payment is made on time every month however they skipped picking up 3 weeks in a row. First time I called they said there are 5 weeks in a month and if they miss a week I only pay for 4 weeks so they would not adkjust my bill. Happened 2 more times they finally agreed to make an adjustment. They picked up 3 weeks and now they missed pick up again this week. I am done, cancelling my service I will go to the dump if I can't count on them.
They do great!
Carful ordering a dumpster for mondays.... we got rained out and couldn't use ours for a few days and wanted to pay to rent it a few days longer. We ordered the 30 yard for almost $500 and filled it maybe half way but NO way to get ahold of them on the weekends and their pick up guy for some reason picks up the rented dumpsters before the business is open so we couldn't even call them to pay and extend our time. They have dumped my garbage onto the street several times now, with broken glass I had to clean. Please be more careful when picking up my garbage. 179 Vista Lake Street.
