I walked in to the office an the first person I saw was James Told him I got denied from my bank because the city name was not on my direct deposit I brought every thing I need to show him He got me back on track an said we have had this happen before Thanks James for taking care of me
Shitty service. Multiple times they fail to pick up our trash, and we have to let it build up for over a week. Call everyday and they say they will pick it up that day. But fail to do so and have to call family members to come help me load it to the dump.
Everytime I call the person who helps me, james, is the best! He has gone above an beyond to help me! I cannot speak highly enough about this employee. I am thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and kindness and just willingness to help me through anything I have questions about kudos to him! Upper management needs to give this man recognition or a raise!
Had to call for multiple days for them to put a priority note on my account. Absolutely ridiculous and such poor service. Don’t use them if you don’t have too.
