Nice team and dedication to your credit situation. Thank you Premiere Nissan Mall!!
I’ve done business with this location for around 20 years and bought 5 cars. I highly recommended them to friends, but since Premier Automotive bought this dealership the service department is the worst! I waited 2.5 hours for a tire rotation and had an appointment! No explanation or apology! They need to get their act together!
I had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and I had an appointment. When I brought my car in, I asked about how long it would take and was told about an hour. I had another appointment to get to, so this was very inconvenient for me. If I had been told it would take 2 hours I would have rescheduled.
Had a 10:00 oil change appointment. They did not take the car back to start until 11:30 and no one informed me that they were behind schedule and the appointment would take 2 hours. Never again
