Little over priced but terrible customer service
Hats off to Supervisor Eddie, and employees Pierce and Trish. Eddie is knowledgeable about EVERYTHING. He's also customer-oriented and a genuine pleasure to have his assistance. Pierce is a new by to the group there but his "can do" attitude is so freshing and appropriated. Trish seems to be all over the store and willing to help with anything you can imagine. We're doing a full remodel and without the great folks and the quality products here at Sutherlands it wouldn't be possible. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!
Horrid customer service. Manager is lazy and ignores customers and walks past you completely
The staff here is always so friendly. Always find what we need when we visit.
Ben Mason did an EXCELLANT job in resolving my issue in regards to special financing after being misinformed. He resolved my issue quickly, respectfully and gave me a call to let me know all was taken care of! Good customer service is hard to come by, but Ben Mason sure did deliver and I appreciate him very much, way to go Ben Mason!! Keep up the good work! Lorri Martinez
