Excellent selections, but too pricy for my quick fix!
Had a pallet of pellets delivered and when I went to open the plastic wrap realized I was charged for the wrong pellets. I called the store and explained what had happened. The lady was quick to get the problem resolved for me. The nice young man, Ian, who delivered the first pallet was back out here within 30 minutes with the right ones, in rain I might add. Great customer service all the way around.
Reading all these reviews is like watching the news, it's either the employees riding their own reviews or just complete lies!! Not only are the staff completely ignorant to their own stores supply of merchandise, or they're following you around like you stole something all the while being completely rude. I have been shopping there basically because I have to it's the only hardware store in my vicinity of 30 miles, but today is the last straw. Went to get a piece of sheet metal, called up there got told it was 14$ for 3’ x 3’ 1/2 inch thick material, got there they only had 1 square foot of 1/4 inch an charged me 56$
