I recently stopped by the Harrisonville Sutherlands to purchase a 2x6 board for a project. I was assisted by a polite young man named Ethan, who helped me get everything cut to size. Unfortunately, once I got home and started working, I realized one of the boards was a bit too short for what I needed. Mistakes happen, but the real test is how a business handles them!
