The manager and associates at this store are great! We had our washing machine go down and after checking everywhere for the part we finally wised up and contacted our local Sutherland's store. They were able to source the part faster than the big box stores and online parts dealers AND they were 100% transparent and passed the savings they received from their supplier on to us! You can't beat that! Wonderful staff, great management, fun store to shop, Sutherland's in Port Isabel is the total package!
Eric, the "manager" I am guessing, very unprofessional. The price was wrong on an item. And I went to take a picture to show them. He then asked me to walk back with him again. So I can see the price, then.I had just showed him a picture of. In other words, he told me if I did not go back there with him.He wouldn't refund me. If you want good customer service, this is not the place for you. The place looked run down, especially the parking lot. Not a good look for Port Isabel.
We were in the store last week. In search of a recliner for my brother-in-law, who was a disabled vet. Needs to get one for the winter. The sales gal that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had some questions on delivery and the store manager, I believe his name was Eijah was very accommodating, friendly as well since we needed it delivered. The cashier who took care of the transaction was wonderful as well! We definitely will be going there for any of our future needs.!
Beautiful store with a great selection! Found exactly what I needed very quickly. Eli, the store manager, was gracious and kind and helped me out! I highly recommend this location for any home repairs, upgrades or creative project needs!
