I was pulling out 16x16 pavers and a gentleman worker actually came and said he would do that for me without me chasing someone down for help! He even loaded them up in my car! Excellent customer service if you ask me! I have never gotten that at any of the other retail stores! So thank you

I am so happy with the recliner that I purchased from Sutherlands and their telephone and in store customer service is just top notch. I am especially happy with their delivery service and their delivery guy Essan is truly lovely. He somehow managed to singlehandedly squeeze this giant recliner through my door with such ease I'm just so impressed and thankful!
Always a great experience at this location branch! We make multiple stops a week for “odds & ins” we need for work, but also personal purchases. The store is always clean and organized ! The staff are always kind and helpful! Today I went in for a lightbulb and left with a living room couch set lol And they’re delivering the set for free tomorrow morning! (Fast AND free delivery?? Who does that??… Port Isabel Sutherlands does!!!) thank you Eli for the help and coordinating the home delivery! Can’t wait to get them!
