Just moved in down the street from Sutherlands. Given the kind of work I do for a living and for fun, I spend a lot of time/money in hardware stores. My first experience in the store was frustrating as I couldn't find anyone to help me. Chalking up the experience as possibly a fluke, I returned for two consecutive days to similar results. When I finally did find an employee, they were rude and unhelpful. The cashier did not greet me or really speak to me at all.
