We go in multiple times a month, the customer service when you need help finding something is awful. The managers don’t teach the staff where things are. I watched two people ask for help today while in the store and her radio to John and him not help his co worker, employee find what we needed. I don’t write reviews but this is so irritating that multiple managers here are not focusing on customer service or helping the staff be more informative, they can text sit around, walk past you and not ask if you need help. This is a great store with very helpful staff. Would be 5 stars if it wasn’t for the assistant manager James. Very rude and unprofessional, if you need any help do NOT ask him.
