Really good service
Bought a refrigerator and paid to have it delivered . The day it was to be delivered was between 8 am to 12pm. At 12pm we called the store and checked if it is out for delivery. They forgot all about it. They sent it out on a pickup truck and one guy and no other help and with no tools. We had to loan tools and help take it out of pickup truck and into the house. We paid 70 doller delivery charge for that. At 65 years old and not that great of health that really made the day.
How do expect to have a hunting section in your store but there’s never a guy there to help. There’s only one person there to run the thing either shut it down or get more people to do the job
After a number of inconveniences delaying the delivery of a piece of furniture I purchased, the Store Manager, Chris, personally delivered my furniture himself. His customer service was excellent and beyond professional.
