Disappointed Front motorcycle wheel left with very noticeable gouges by tire technician who clearly thought this is what I wanted and payed for ,Tyre tech who thought id be happy paying to replace front wheel after his work. Sutherland management has offered to try fix , unfortunately I won't trust Sutherland tires ever again considering there worker knew what damage he done but attempted to hide and believed his work satisfactory to be paid.
Desperately needed some new front tyres late on a Saturday morning before a drive up to Nelson. Despite it being 15 mins before closing, they got both tyres sorted and had me back on the road before I could finish my coffee - with super friendly service and a reasonable price to boot. Can't recommend highly enough. Thanks!

We stopped here spontaneously while passing through the town because we had a problem with the AC. The very friendly employee quickly took the time to adjust the belt, which fixed the rattling and play. We were impressed by this spontaneous and uncomplicated help 10 minutes before the shop closed. We can highly recommend Sutherland Tyres. Thank you!
