Cannot recommend Kate and Sutherland Shire Naturopathic Clinic enough!!! I started seeing Kate at the end of last year due to some chronic gut health issues I had always struggled with. I have been seeing Kate since March this year, I honestly can not thank her enough. She has changed my life in ways I never imagined. As an asthmatic and having being diagnosed with severe allergies in October of 2025 being allergic to everything in Mother Nature and struggling every minute of everyday, unable to sleep and constantly being unwell living on medication non stop just to try and get through day by day. Kate solved all my gut health issues and I’m eternally grateful. She explained everything I needed to change and provided me with a plan going forward that has improved my quality of life significantly.
Kate has been fantastic in helping me rebalance my gut. From the first appointment she was able to start treatment which proved effective quite quickly, and in follow up consults was great at making adjustments to my treatment plan to best maximise results.
