I’ve only been to this pharmacy once and their staff at the time were very unpleasant to me and so I didn’t return. Today I had another very unpleasant interaction with them. It just seems like they don’t know how to have a courteous or mild mannered tone when speaking to people and are unnecessarily aggressive. Kathleen is an awesome pharmacist and person. Her shop carries some very cool things too. If you haven’t visited I suggest you do. From essential needs items to great greeting cards and some nice gift ideas.
I was refused. This is the second time this year that I have come to see the pharmacist for an examination and a prescription for cream, but I have been refused because she is busy. When I asked her how long I would have to wait, she dodged the question and didn't give me a clear time frame. What is the point of having an employee with the authority to examine and prescribe anything if they are not going to help anyway? It's nonsense.
Incredible service: precision, kindness and compassion. Kathleen has it all. If you are looking for someone who cares about you, then this is the right place.
I have been going to this pharmacy for probably the last 20 years. It is quite out of my way to go there now, but I still continue to use it. It is so different from a Shoppers Drug Mart experience. You are going to get very personalized service here. Kathleen is the pharmacist. She is very helpful, prompt and responsive. It is so nice to deal with one individual whom you know. You don't stand in line to pick up your medications from different staff all the time.
