I was refused. This is the second time this year that I have come to see the pharmacist for an examination and a prescription for cream, but I have been refused because she is busy. When I asked her how long I would have to wait, she dodged the question and didn't give me a clear time frame. What is the point of having an employee with the authority to examine and prescribe anything if they are not going to help anyway? It's nonsense.

I have been going to this pharmacy for probably the last 20 years. It is quite out of my way to go there now, but I still continue to use it. It is so different from a Shoppers Drug Mart experience. You are going to get very personalized service here. Kathleen is the pharmacist. She is very helpful, prompt and responsive. It is so nice to deal with one individual whom you know. You don't stand in line to pick up your medications from different staff all the time.

Today I had the best experience at Sutherland Pharmacy. Today I went for injection training and Kathleen was absolutely amazing. If I lived in Hamilton I would definitely go to this pharmacy.

Kathleen is such a great pharmacist. She's gone above and beyond to help me multiple times over the 6+ years I've been going here. I can't imagine going back to a big name pharmacy again. The hours might not be as flexible as bigger pharmacies, but she's only one person, and her service makes up for it by a long shot. I feel bad for not leaving a review sooner, but I honestly thought I already did. Thank you Kathleen for being such a great person and pharmacist!
