Sales staff try to intimidate you into purchasing a vehicle.
Sales guy acted like a gangster, forced to buy a car. Very disturbing experience.
Worst customer service. Not a patch on the last nissian service I had. Unfortunately I moved so tried sutherland. Poor service no one around, messaged to say I needed "advisory items" including 2 new tyres which they stated is critical however the device we check our tyres with says different and you can clearly see the tread is not worn. They also didn't even reset the service clock and it keeps flashing to say service due 🤦♀️on collecting the vehicle no explanation of the "recommendations" just handed me the keys! The car is perfect the sales lady Hannah is amazing, super helpful very knowledgeable of the cars and also super busy deserves a gold award.
