I'm going to start reviewing medical centres. Seems a common theme and it's this: weeks of virus symptoms, bedridden and time off work and was getting worse. Went here, doctor didn't look at my throat when i said it's been in pain for weeks and can't sleep or eat etc. didn't check ears, had ear infection. Told i can get RAPID test but it doesn't check for bacterial infections. Told it will take days to come back. Then told Panadol and bedrest. Ive been doing this for weeks?? Not thorough during skin cancer checks.
Never once I had a bad experience with this clinic. Dr Wassef is very knowledgeable, caring, professional and kind. Reception staff are all wonderful. Time and Cathy are always very pleasant and helpful. The new Reception crew also appear really great.
Ive been to many medical centres in the area, and I’ve never experienced this level of care before. It’s rare to find a doctor who is both so compassionate and so thorough. Dr. Aria truly takes the time to listen and ensure nothing is overlooked. She sees my whole family, and we all feel incredibly well cared for. I couldn’t recommend her more highly - the reception ladies are equally as lovely not sure what anyone else is on about
