I had made an appointment a week ago with Dr Raymound Khozam following up after my surgery to check on my stomach as instructed by my surgeon. 2 hours before my appointment they ask me to cancel or come in early because Dr Raymound Khozam “has to leave early” and there’s no other doctors available until tomorrow and I have to pay a fee. Absolutely absurd and unacceptable that they cancel my appointment last min with no other options knowing I can’t come early as I’m instructed by my surgeon not to drive for 2 weeks. Have attended this practice since our original long time GP retired in 2019 Dr Sanaz Aria is an absolute gem, we are both older people & I have had ongoing problems with cancer as far as waiting times go nearly all medical practitioners specialist or GP’s run a little behind time this practice is no different
