My car sat there for 4.5 months without an apology or excuse! Staff was very unconcerned about the length of time it took to find the problem and fix it. I had to even find the car part myself and deliver it to them. After the 4.5 months, they had the hide to charge me for a new battery which I assumed went dead after not being driven. Super disappointed and shocked by this service.

Usually I book online but a completely unhelpful employee sounded incredibly bored by my call today. Disappointing.
Took my Holden Trax into the dealership for a new car warranty repair on a tailgate that wouldn't close securely They said it's a simple adjustment and would take no more than a hour The vehicle was booked in for repair. It was was done within the hour as promised, but there was a problem. The fault hadn't been rectified.
