Terrible service! Don’t answer the phone! Don’t return calls! Don’t reply to emails! They tell lies to shut you up! Charge for work and when you re book to have it done say you have to go somewhere else! Didn’t want to refund until I demanded my money back. Still waiting for call back about the refund! Guess I’ll have to drive there and jump up and down again! My next new car won’t be coming their from Sutherland dealership!
Never use the service department They have had my car for 10 days I have had 0 communication from them They do not answer the phone or call back
Don't fix cars to any standard, always ruining something else. Rude and then they say pick up time is xyz but in reality they haven't started. You need to follow them up, they don't reply. And when they do you get a long winded story of how short staffed they are. 7years same. Today they are replacing a part they damaged. I was meant o be there to pick it up, I called them before I made my long journey and to get told it won't be ready til this afternoon. My car sat there for 4.5 months without an apology or excuse! Staff was very unconcerned about the length of time it took to find the problem and fix it. I had to even find the car part myself and deliver it to them. After the 4.5 months, they had the hide to charge me for a new battery which I assumed went dead after not being driven. Super disappointed and shocked by this service.
