Was rudely dismissed and snarked at by the receptionist for asking about service relating to a heart related concern. I was asking a genuine question after a 3 night hospital stay for heart issues. The lady on the phone couldn't have any less care or empathy
I went to this heart clinic today for tests and my experience here was just fabulous! Reception staff kept me informed about waiting times. Saw the lovely Nurse Mel who made me feel comfortable and relaxed because of my high anxiety! Cardiologist Claire was amazing and had a beautiful bed side manner. Thank you !
Husband was admitted yesterday he says staff were wonderful and very pleasant. nothing but praise to all the staff and doctors who attended to him, he has a thick Scottish accent and can be hard to understand ,thanks to all who looked after him.
I have just spent 3 days at the sutherland heart clinic and would like to thank all the doctors,nurses and other staff who looked after me. This an outstanding facility with compassionate people who are dedicated to you as a patient. Thankyou again.
