If you own a Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD, I would recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere. My experience was disappointing from the first service. The dealership couldn't correctly identify the vehicle to determine it needed a wheel alignment, showed very little attention to detail, and even recorded the service incorrectly in the service book, meaning I had to order a replacement. For a vehicle's first service, I expected a much higher standard of care and professionalism. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience.

Everytime I come here or call there’s no one at the service desk. I have to call the sales team and get them to get someone to answer the phone. They don’t have enough computers to print documents, old mate says give me two minutes and I’ll go somewhere else to print and he’s been gone for 15 minutes and no one knows where he went. Just really poor customer service. They also cancelled services on the weekends, just a bad decision for people who work

Stood in showroom for 15 minutes without a boo from anyone Well doesn’t matter, I was only interested in the Silverado at $140k Can always go to Castle Hill and get some attention. Not worth the drive to Sutherland
